ANCESTRAL GOULASH

DESCRIPTION: For our goulash we wanted to honor our ancestors and hunter gatherers with game meat and foraged mushrooms. For added density, we serve the goulash with a side of roasted parsley cauliflower rice. The high protein, nourishing dish includes a diversity of nutrients including gut healing bone broth.
